Episode Description:
DOGGIE DEANLITTLE — While investigating two bizarre murders, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) realize there is an eyewitness to both gruesome deaths – a German Sheppard. Anxious to find out if they are dealing with a witch, a skinwalker or other Supernatural monster, the guys look up a spell that could let Dean “communicate” with the dog. Unfortunately, the spell comes with side effects that no one saw coming.
Tim Andrew directed the episode written by Eric Charmelo & Nicole Snyder (906).

A lucky fan over Imdb called Yuki_Karasu was able to watch some scenes from the episode 9.06 and reported spoilers.
I’ve got lots of spoilers about the episode, so turn back now if you don’t want to know!
You have been warned!
I’ve put *’s next to ones that are the biggest spoilers.
1. Dean taking a German Shepherd out of the backseat of the Impala. The dog was on a leash. Once out, the dog noticed a poodle and both the German Shepherd and Dean stopped. (I’m not sure if the poodle was actually in the scene, or if it was there to catch the attention of the dog offscreen, if that makes sense). Then Dean walked it into “Enid Animal Hospital” (or something along those lines), so I guess the episode takes place in Oklahoma. Sam was there too.
2. Dean and Sam talking over the Impala, in suits. They were standing in front of “Gentle Eatery: Vegan Bakery” if I remember correctly.
3. Dean inside the bakery with the dog.
4. Dean and Sam breaking into a building at night.
3. *Sam will get his throat slashed or bitten! His neck was completely covered in blood when he walked by. Apparently he will be possessed by something though, so he won’t die… or he will but he’ll be healed, or something like that. I also overheard the name of the thing possessing him. It sounded like “Zekkel”, but then it might have been Ezekiel the angel? I don’t know, that’s just my own theory based on how the name sounded. So NO promises or confirmation – I’m just reporting what I’m thinking.
….
So: every now and then Jared would walk out of the building and he had blood all over his neck. And from what I heard from a crew member (who was discussing the episode with a fellow crew member near us – he thought we were PA’s on the show!), Sam gets his throat slashed. But similar to how angels can be shot, stabbed, etc and yet don’t die, Sam doesn’t. Or he did die, but was healed/brought back immediately. Does that make sense?
About the possession – the crew member mentioned Sam being possessed by something when he was being killed. From what I heard, the name sounded like “Zekkel”. So my theory is that he actually said “Ezekiel”, because a) the names sound SO close; b) we know Ezekiel is going to be a recurring character; and c) it would make sense how Sam could survive his throat being slashed.
So the Ezekiel possession is just my theory, and was not confirmed. I’ll leave it up to you to decide what you think of it all!
Oh and about who the monster is: 99% sure it’s a guest-star character named “Chef Leo”. Many of the scenes involved chefs, waiters, etc, and there was this really tall guy in a black chef’s outfit, and with the name “Chef Leo” on it. He was driven away in a really nice car – the kind they reserve for the bigger stars of the episode. So I’m assuming he’s the one
